1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser, so it can recognise your browser on later visits. Websites also use similar technologies for the same purpose, such as local storage, tracking pixels and device fingerprinting. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.
2. Cookies on this website
service-wire.com does not use any cookies.
- no cookies of our own, and none from third parties;
- no analytics, advertising or social media cookies;
- no local storage, tracking pixels or similar technologies.
That is why you don't see a cookie banner: there is nothing to accept or refuse.
Your browser may keep copies of our pages and images in its cache, so they load faster next time. The cache is managed by your browser, and we do not use it to recognise you.
3. The contact form, email and phone links
The contact form sends your request through our hosting provider without setting any cookie, as explained in our privacy policy. The email and phone links open the email or phone app on your device. From that point, your message is handled by that app and your email or phone provider, not by this website.
4. If this changes
If we ever decide to use cookies that are not strictly necessary, for example to measure visits, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent through a banner before any such cookie is set. You will be able to refuse them, and the website will work the same either way.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies in its settings. This applies to every website you visit, not only ours.
6. More information
How we handle the personal data you send us is explained in our privacy policy. For any question, write to director@service-wire.com.
